New Signature Sponsors Center for a New American Security’s Third Annual Conference
New Signature is proud to join General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin Corporation, BAE Systems, General Electric, IBM, and SAIC in sponsoring the Center for a New American Security’s third annual conference–”Striking a Balance: A New American Security“. The event was held today, and General David H. Petraeus delivered the keynote address.
New Signature is proud to support the Center for a New American Security (CNAS) through our work for them in website design and development, and IT management and support. Our creative division has worked with CNAS to develop CNAS.org, and design and develop BigEnergyMap.org, the Abu Muqawama blog, and the Natural Security blog.
The websites that New Signature has produced for CNAS are compelling, state of the art, provocative, and innovative.
Compelling
CNAS.org uses more than just words to connect with its audience. Visitors consume content through many multimedia vectors, including podcasts, webcasts, video, audio, photos, and interactive reports.
State of the Art
Built to provide editors with a fully customizable layout, a flexible multimedia content management system, and to be social media friendly, this site uses a standards-based approach based on a modular programming framework.
Provocative
The Abu Muqawama blog continues to cover an ever changing and complex set of issues with a new and provocative design. Abu Muqawama’s new home on CNAS’ website was built with a clean, well-organized structure, that empowers broad and flexible distribution accessible from any location. The blog acts as a resource for, and to promote dialogue within a broad counterinsurgency community.
Innovative
BigEnergyMap.org is an innovative approach to publishing a report, that does away with the concept of a static one-time publication, and re-envisions the report as an interactive, collaborative, and ever expanding resource. BigEnergyMap.org delivers complex information in an easy-to-understand interactive, and collaborative, website that includes video commentary, a wiki, and geographical presentation of data.
